These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between ye55 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "Member", "User", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at https://ye55.cam (the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of ye55, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of ye55 following any update or amendment to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the ye55 website accessible at https://ye55.cam, including all associated pages, features, tools, and services.
• "Account" means a registered user account created by an individual on the Platform.
• "Member" or "User" means any individual who has successfully created and holds an active Account on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's Account, including deposits, winnings, and credited bonuses, minus withdrawals and wagers placed.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional or bonus credits awarded to a Member's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by the Member using approved payment methods, not derived from bonus credits.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Member must bet before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before a Member may process withdrawals.
• "Approved Payment Methods" means payment channels accepted by the Platform, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, FPX, and supported cryptocurrencies.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the deposit limit, loss limit, self-exclusion, and cooling-off features available to Members through their Account dashboard.

To be eligible to create and maintain an Account on ye55, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person (individual human being) capable of entering into legally binding agreements under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by ye55 or any other gambling operator.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of ye55 or any of its related entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not previously have had an Account terminated by ye55 for a breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• You must only hold one (1) Account on the Platform at any given time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all balances.

The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements, without prior notice and without liability to refund any balance where the breach involves fraud, misrepresentation, or wilful violation of these Terms.

To access betting and gaming services on ye55, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as prompted by the registration form. This includes, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ye55 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

The Company reserves the right to reject any registration application or to subsequently close any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, false, or misleading.

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with the following conduct obligations:

• You shall use the Platform solely for lawful recreational entertainment purposes and shall not use it in connection with any criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud.
• You shall not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to access, interact with, or exploit the Platform in any way.
• You shall not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other activity that constitutes an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• You shall not attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a system error will be considered void and may be reclaimed by the Company.
• You shall not engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward ye55 staff or other users.
• You accept that ye55 reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that is placed in error or that results from a manifest technical fault in odds or game outcomes.

ye55 supports a range of Approved Payment Methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank (Maybank2u), CIMB (CIMB Clicks), Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC).

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless the Member explicitly elects a cryptocurrency option, in which case the transaction will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction for e-wallets and bank transfers.
• Maximum deposit: RM 30,000 per transaction, subject to payment provider limits.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction for verified accounts.
• Withdrawal processing times: E-wallets (under 5 minutes); DuitNow/FPX (5–15 minutes); Bank Wire (15–60 minutes). These are indicative times and may vary during peak periods.

The Company reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures, including requests for additional documentation, before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

From time to time, ye55 may offer promotional bonuses, reload offers, cashback schemes, free spins, or other incentives to Members. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time of availability, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all ye55 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms (e.g., 10x, 15x, or 20x the bonus amount).
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While wagering through an active bonus, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is RM 500, unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion terms. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. Full contribution tables are published in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within 7, 14, or 30 days of being credited, as stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be automatically forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Account: Unless explicitly stated, only one bonus may be active at a time. A Member may not claim multiple welcome offers or hold duplicate bonus balances simultaneously.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out limit, which will be stated in the specific promotion terms. This limit is typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., up to MYR 2,880).

ye55 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice. The Company also reserves the right to withhold or recover bonus amounts and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.

All bets placed on the ye55 Platform are subject to the following general rules, which apply across all sports betting markets, live betting, casino games, and other wagering activities:

• A bet is only confirmed and valid once it has been accepted by the ye55 system and a confirmation has been displayed to the Member. Incomplete or pending bets are not valid until confirmed.
• ye55 reserves the right to suspend or restrict betting markets without notice, including during live events, if there is reason to believe that the integrity of a market has been compromised.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (e.g., decimal odds of 100.00 on a heavy favourite), ye55 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes at its absolute discretion.
• Winnings on voided bets will not be paid. Void bets will have their original stake returned to the Member's Account balance.
• For Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the parlay to result in a winning payout. A single void selection in a parlay will reduce the parlay by that selection; a single losing selection voids the entire parlay payout.
• Live betting (in-play) markets are offered in real time and are subject to additional latency considerations. ye55 will not be liable for any bets accepted during a period of network disruption that results in stale odds being displayed.

ye55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Members. The Platform provides a suite of Responsible Gambling Tools accessible through each Member's Account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum loss thresholds beyond which the system will prevent further wagering until the next period commences.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure time-on-platform reminders to help manage session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request temporary (7 days to 12 months) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are final for the elected period.

All content on the ye55 Platform, including but not limited to the ye55 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, databases, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit Members to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Company.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ye55 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds or winnings due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or Force Majeure events.
• Errors or interruptions in the availability of games, odds data, or payment processing systems.
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

ye55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's Account, and to withhold or forfeit any balance therein, without prior notice and without liability, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions, including multi-accounting or use of arbitrage strategies.
• Failure to satisfy ongoing eligibility requirements (e.g., age verification, jurisdiction restrictions).
• At the Company's discretion for any other reason that the Company, acting in good faith, considers material and appropriate.

A Member who wishes to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the Member via their most recently used Approved Payment Method.

ye55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Company will provide reasonable notice to Members via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Member's Account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and to close your Account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which the Company is licensed and operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Company's registered jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, subject always to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the Member's jurisdiction of residence that cannot be excluded or restricted by agreement.
